Hola, hice un pedido de la pulsera de caroline el dia 28 de febrero, pone que en el envío se hace de 3a5 dias habiles, pero asta dia de hoy no he recibido seguimiento, e enviado varios correos dia 9,dia 11,sin respuesta quisiera saber si ya se pudo enviar y que número de seguimiento tengo..
